Since 1971, the Pasternak's have owned and operated Devil's Gulch Ranch, a diversified family farm located in the North Coast region of California. They are grow premium wine grapes and offer rabbits, eggs, lamb, pork and asparagus to the highest quality Bay Area restaurants.
Myriam Pasternak, is both a farmer and a veterinarian. Her focus at the ranch is on agricultural education and rabbit production. They have 1250 rabbits in meat production, making their ranch one of the largest producers and distributors on the west coast. Since January of 2007 Myriam dedicated her love of education with her love of rabbit farming to help the people of Haiti. Working with the Makouti Agro Enterprises, a Haitian run organization speared by the Haitian field agent for Partners of the Americas Farmer to Farmer program, she has been to Haiti five times working 62 families that participate in rabbit production.
